This subseries was inspired by one of StandWithUs’ most popular booklets — “Jewish Refugees in the Middle East” — developed precisely to uncover the indigenous story of the Jewish people to the Middle East. These episodes will shed light on approximately 850,000 Jews who became refugees. Sometimes referred to as “the forgotten refugees,” they never received recognition or help from the international community or compensation for their great losses.
