A clinical psychologist by profession, Shari serves as the president and founder of Spill The Honey, an organization focused on promoting human dignity and advancing public knowledge of the Holocaust and the Civil Rights Movement. She recently directed a documentary film “Shared Legacies: The African-American Jewish Civil Rights Alliance,” which debuted at the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival in February 2020 and chronicles the coalition between Black and Jewish Americans before, during, and after the Civil Rights movement.
